What information does scriptRun.ai collect?

scriptRun.ai may use the following methods to obtain and collect your information:

1. Account Registration. When creating a scriptRun.ai account, the system will ask you to provide information so that we can record you as the owner of a scriptRun.ai product, which helps us provide you with services and information.
2. Use of scriptRun.ai Services. When you visit our website or log in to the scriptRun.ai client, we need sufficient information to complete your transaction, and our server will automatically collect and aggregate information about your visit. The collected information may include your scriptRun.ai account details, IP address, operating system, browser type, etc.
3. Customer Support. You may contact us through Telegram, email, or other communication channels to request technical support regarding our products or to request information about our products. Personal information or account information may be provided to us in this process.
