This scriptRun.ai Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the legal relationship between WebGears Services d.o.o., acting as the service provider, and any natural or legal person using the scriptRun.ai platform.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 WebGears Services d.o.o., registration number 22038745, located at Jurija Gagarina 231 /329, Novi Beograd, Beograd (hereinafter "Company"), is the primary service provider.

1.2 The Company may cooperate with other legal entities or service providers (e.g., Usegateway.net or Pošta Bank Serbia) to deliver the services. The Company remains the main service provider in all such cases.

1.3 Any person using the scriptRun.ai platform (the “System”) or its services (the “Services”) is considered a client under this Agreement ("Client" or "You").

1.4 Services are only available to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

1.5 The Services include the ability to build and run automated scenarios using LLM models, agents, and various nodes, similar to n8n but optimized for AI. Users interact with these services through the scriptRun.ai platform.

1.6 The full list of available Services is accessible in the System. The Company reserves the right to change or update this list without prior notice. Clients may only use the Services they have paid for.

1.7 While Services are available globally, certain regions may have restrictions. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the legality of using the platform in their location.

1.8 By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement and related policies, including the Privacy Policy.

1.9 This Agreement becomes effective when you register an account on the platform. Provisions of this Agreement may also apply before account creation.

1.10 For any inquiries, you can contact support at support@scriptrun.ai.

1.11 The Company may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version is available at Terms of Service.

2. Account Creation and Authorization

2.1 To create an account, you must provide a valid email and password. You must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Registration is also available via your Google Account.

2.2 If you lose access to your password, you can reset it via your email.

2.3 The Company may change the required information for account creation at any time.

2.4 By registering, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and that you are the rightful user of the resources you link (e.g., payment methods, wallets). You must use your own email and payment instruments.

2.5 You may use the account for personal or business purposes but must not share your credentials. Each account is intended for individual use only.

3. Suspension of Services and Account Access

3.1 The Company may suspend Services or restrict access if account information is inaccurate or inconsistent.

3.2 Suspension or termination may also occur if:

  • You violate this Agreement or fail to make required payments.
  • You have not reached the age of majority or are not properly authorized.
  • You access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction.
  • You abuse the affiliate program.
  • Your actions present security, legal, or reputational risks.

3.3 The Company will notify you of account suspension and the reason via email.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to report suspicious activity to legal authorities and permanently suspend your access to the Services.

4. License and Use of the Platform

4.1 The Company grants a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use scriptRun.ai materials solely in connection with the Services.

4.2 You may use the System for research, personal, or commercial purposes that comply with applicable laws.

4.3 This license is terminated when you stop using the Services or violate the Agreement.

4.4 The Company may suspend or discontinue the System or any feature at any time, in which case the license also ends.

4.5 All materials in the System are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to infringe these rights.

5. Risks

5.1 By using the platform, you accept the following risks:

  • System downtime or technical failures
  • Regulatory changes affecting service availability
  • Internet and API-based vulnerabilities
  • Potential tax obligations in your jurisdiction

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 The Services are accessed by purchasing SR tokens, which are consumed during scenario execution. You may specify how many tokens you wish to purchase.

6.2 Payments are made via cryptocurrency (Usegateway.net) or bank cards (Pošta Bank Serbia).

6.3 Token prices and package conditions are available in the System and may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check current terms before purchasing.

6.4 All payments are non-refundable unless:

  • A technical malfunction renders the service inoperable within 24 hours of purchase
  • You provide sufficient evidence to support a refund claim

6.5 Refunds, if applicable, will be made to your account balance or to the original payment method.

6.6 You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and transaction fees.

7. Affiliate Program and Scenario Resale

7.1 The Company offers an affiliate program with details available on the blog.

7.2 You may earn rewards by referring users and promoting the platform.

7.3 Users can also create and publish custom scenarios with an optional markup percentage. All earnings above the base system price will be credited to your SR token balance.

7.4 You can request a payout of your earnings by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 The Company integrates third-party services (e.g., Usegateway, payment providers, LLM APIs). You acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers.

8.2 These services operate under their own terms, and the Company is not responsible for their performance or legal compliance.

8.3 Links to third-party sites are for convenience only. The Company does not endorse or guarantee their content.

8.4 Information on the platform (including the blog) may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify important details before taking action.

9. User Responsibilities

9.1 You agree to use the System and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

9.2 You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including actions taken by anyone using your credentials.

9.3 You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System or any related systems.

9.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying the Company of any security breach.

10. Service Availability

10.1 While the Company strives to maintain maximum uptime and performance, scriptRun.ai is provided "as is" and without any guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

10.2 The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the System for maintenance, updates, or security improvements without prior notice.

10.3 The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary or permanent service interruptions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
